Author Fees

The Journal of Computer Engineering and Information Technology (JCEIT) applies the following author fees:

  • Article Submission: 0.00 (IDR/USD)
    Authors are not required to pay any fee during the submission process. Submission is free of charge.

  • Article Publication (Regular): Rp. 100.000 (IDR)
    This fee covers the costs of review, editorial decision, and publication. With the payment of this fee, the review, editorial decision, and notification to the author are guaranteed to be completed within 4 weeks.

  • Waiver Policy
    If authors do not have sufficient funds, they have the opportunity to request a full waiver of the publication fee. We do not want financial barriers to prevent the publication of high-quality work.

    • International authors are free of charge.

    • Authors without available funds may request a waiver to ensure their valuable contributions can still be published.

  • Penalty Fee
    A penalty fee of Rp. 1.000.000 (IDR) will be charged to authors who decide to retract or withdraw articles after publication. This policy is applied to uphold academic integrity and respect the efforts involved throughout the editorial and publication process.

If you do not have funds to pay such fees, you will have an opportunity to waive each fee. We do not want fees to prevent the publication of worthy work.
