Peer Review

Manuscripts submitted by the author through the Open Journal System (OJS) will first be received and examined by the editorial team to ensure that the manuscript complies with the focus, scope, and basic formatting requirements of the journal. If the manuscript passes this initial screening stage, the editor will then assign it to qualified reviewers who have expertise in the relevant field. The reviewers will carefully evaluate the manuscript and provide their assessment, comments, and recommendations directly through the system.

After receiving the reviewers’ feedback, the editor will review the evaluation results and forward them to the author for necessary revisions and improvements. The review process in this journal applies a double-blind peer review system, meaning that both the author and the reviewers remain anonymous to each other throughout the process. This policy is intended to maintain objectivity and fairness in the evaluation of each manuscript.

If the reviewers conclude that the manuscript does not meet the required academic quality standards, contains significant weaknesses, or is outside the scope of the journal, the editor has the right to reject the submission. All editorial decisions regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of manuscripts are considered final, absolute, and non-negotiable.
